Hardware Manager

The Role

As the selected Hardware Manager, you’ll lead an expert team of Hardware Engineers and take ownership of the product lifecycle for all electronic aspects including hardware roadmap and architecture. You’ll help implement best practice and processes and champion the development of tools to support your team.

The role will also involve interacting with customers on new designs and support the wider business to ensure quality and security.

To be successful in the role of Hardware Manager, your skills and experience should include: 

  • A degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Industry experience and success delivering complex and scalable products.
  • Proven technical leadership with a passion for developing Engineers.
  • Strong background managing complex PCB designs using a mixture of analogue and digital electronics.
  • Solid knowledge of safety and EMC standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable liaising directly with high-level customers.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation.
