As the selected Hardware Engineer, you’ll join an expert team where you’ll work on the design, development and validation of high-speed boards to be used in products for a global client base that ranges from medical to security.

As the selected Hardware Engineer, your skills and experience should include:

• Knowledge of high-speed digital design and the associated support circuity
• Experience working with Xilinx and Intel FPGAs and SOCs (Board Design)
• Design and simulation of high-speed serial interfaces such as PCI Express
• Analysis and debug of circuits using oscilloscopes and analysers
• Comfortable working through the entire product lifecycle

Desirable / skills you can develop whilst in the role:

• Knowledge of video standards and graphics technologies
• Experience using Mentor Graphics schematic capture and HyperLynx simulation tools
• An interest in emerging trends in desktop computer technology
