Software Team Leader

Responsibilities for the role of Software Team Leader will include:

• Manage development and delivery of software solutions
• Maintain coding and development standards
• Provide support and mentoring to technical team leads
• Support the Technology Development Strategy to meet goals and objectives
• Create and maintain a professional culture within the team
• Management of talent within your team to ensure appropriate blend and breadth of skills aligned to current and future technology roadmaps
• Use Agile methodologies to maintain a strong focus on delivery priorities

As the selected Software Team Leader, your technical skills and experience should include:

• Experience and success leading technically challenging projects and teams
• A software development background. Your team would be mixture of backend Python and JavaScript Frontend Developers
• Strong communication skills, both technical and commercial
• Able to implement best practices and solid engineering processes
• Solid background working within an Agile environment
• Passionate about helping developers achieve their potential
• Any experience of cloud application especially AWS would be a major plus
